PROJECT MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
(1) Responsible for the succesful execution of the project
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT AND REPORTING
(1) Share the project status and progress
(2) Identify project continuous improvement opportunities in process, reporting tamplates...
(3) Might act as a subject matter expert on the methodologies
