What You'll Do
- Support the management of localization, transcreation, and creative production projects across multiple markets and channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with French-speaking clients and agency stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams (design, language, digital, post-production, etc.) and external suppliers.
- Assist with project planning, status updates, timelines, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
- Support process improvements and contribute to delivering an excellent client experience.
What You Bring
- Fluent or native-level French and English.
- Experience in creative/media advertisement industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Client Services, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in creative production, localization, and marketing communications.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within an international agency environment.
