Project / Planning Engineer

We are seeking for a Project / Planning Engineer who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering and maintenance projects within the oil & gas and energy sectors. The role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within approved timelines while supporting project controls, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved timelines. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Track project milestones, risks, and resource requirements. Prepare progress reports and management updates. Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. PMP, Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of overall experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Planning Engineer. Experience in rotating equipment, turbomachinery, compressors, pumps, or turbine projects preferred. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Proficient in project planning software and reporting tools.
