About the Role
The Project Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Project Sales channel across the Luzon territory. The role focuses on key contractor and developer engagement, demand creation, project pipeline management, and team capability building to ensure sustainable and profitable growth in the project channel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all project sales activities within the Luzon territory.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key contractors, developers, consultants, and project partners.
Drive demand creation initiatives in the project channel to increase system specification and project pipeline.
Coach, develop, and oversee the performance of the Project Sales Team across Luzon.
Ensure delivery of sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the project segment.
Collaborate with Technical, Specification, and Distribution teams to secure project wins.
Execute company strategic initiatives and commercial policies within the project channel.
Monitor project pipeline, bidding participation, and conversion rate performance.
Ensure pricing discipline and margin optimization in all project negotiations.
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
About You
Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience, preferably within the construction materials or building products industry
With experience leading a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to effectively close sales
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
A self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets
A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
