Job Description
1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
\- Develop and implement production plans to ensure smooth production processes.
\- Adjust production schedules based on order requirements and inventory status.
2. Material Delivery Management:
\- Communicate with procurement to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of material supply.
3. Risk Control and Contingency Planning:
\- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unexpected events during production.
\- In the event of unforeseen incidents, promptly adjust and improve delays or minimize potential losses.
4. Cross-Department Communication and Coordination:
\- Collaborate with procurement, inventory management, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans.
\- Coordinate across units regarding production scheduling, outsourcing management, procurement of materials, inventory management, and mass production of new products.
5. Production Process Optimization:
\- Analyze issues in the production process and propose improvement suggestions to optimize workflows or prevent recurrence of problems.
\- May manage projects within their area of expertise, coordinate work and resources, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
