Role Overview
We are seeking a Projects Trainee who possesses excellent communication and coordination skills and is passionate about managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects and provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in project management.
High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress trackers.
- Follow up with stakeholders for updates and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain project schedules and update status reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and escalate them to the reporting manager.
- Support project execution by ensuring smooth coordination between different teams.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in any discipline (Engineering, Management, Commerce, or related field) or final-year students.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience are encouraged to apply.
