About this role

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in the Isle of Arran. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.

Your mission

As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around the Isle of Arran. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio

  • Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience

  • Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements

  • Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand

Who we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being out and about, working with local partners, and taking pride in maintaining high standards. You’re someone who spots details others might miss and uses both data and initiative to solve problems.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence

  • A strong focus on quality, thoroughness, and accountability

  • Experience working with third-party suppliers or service partners

  • Confidence using data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements

  • A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure properties consistently meet Awaze cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Build strong relationships with cleaning partners to drive performance and engagement

  • Improve guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness

  • Strengthen owner confidence through proactive communication and improvement suggestions

  • Contribute to operational efficiency and cost control across the region

Why you’ll want to work at Awaze

We offer a versatile position in a strong professional and social environment – one you’ll have the opportunity to influence and help shape. You’ll be part of an international company that invests in the future, and join a dynamic, fast-paced department with skilled and committed colleagues who support each other.

We’re a people-first business – and we know that our success starts with our teams. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll enjoy:

  • Generous discounts on holidays across our brands

  • Real opportunities to grow, learn and shape your role as well as careers progression vertically or horizontally, cross countries and responsibilities
