About this role

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, enjoys solving problems, and can seamlessly manage multiple projects, vendors, and properties simultaneously.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing success of our private estate and residential property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a large private estate in Quebec, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Recruiting, managing, and coordinating estate staff, including housekeeping, maintenance personnel, gardeners, and other household support staff.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Planning and overseeing renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing luxury short-term rental properties in Mont-Tremblant and Bois-Franc, including guest communications, bookings, property readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities by reviewing listings and conducting market research throughout Quebec, including monitoring Centris and other relevant sources.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related operations and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and preserve asset value.
  • Coordinating administrative activities related to the estate and property portfolio, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with a practical, hands-on mindset.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing private estates, luxury residential properties, hospitality operations, or high-end real estate portfolios.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household or maintenance staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, approachable, and collaborative personality.
