Property Manager

We're looking for a Property Manager to join our awesome team and while being responsible for maintaining and caring for our 186 unit senior living facility. Our ideal candidate for the Property Manager position apartment management or related field management experience. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations such as handling daily tenant relations, HUD compliance and procedures, including certifications and annual re-certifications, MORs and REAC inspections, filling vacancies as needed, collect monthly rent, supervising staff, and maintaining the property according to Silvercrest Mission Statement and HUD requirements.
