About this role

Our client, a Malta-based company operating in the iGaming sector, is currently looking for a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of PSPs and supporting the Finance team with daily operations.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of PSPs, including transaction reconciliations, accounting entries, and reconciliations across PSP and bank accounts

  • Monitor PSP balances, track settlements, and investigate discrepancies

  • Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and reserves

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and PSP platforms

  • Monitor cryptocurrency balances, process fiat conversions, and manage withdrawals to company wallets and bank accounts

  • Allocate PSP settlements across bank accounts and wallets

  • Assist with internal and external audits

  • Prepare and support monthly financial reporting

  • Support the Finance team with daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls

  • Support improvements to month-end close and reporting processes

Education, Skills and Requirements

  • Part-qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent

  • 2+ years' experience working with PSP reconciliations

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Experience working with large datasets

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

About the Role

  • Salary of €25 – €30K depending on experience

  • 10% performance bonus following successful completion of probation, subject to performance metrics

  • Office based in Gżira with hybrid flexibility available based on performance
