We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with experience in Pulmonology to join our team and support patients in the Patient Health Management (PHM) program. As a Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and other pulmonary disorders.
