Your Mission
As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functional quality of the Stellaris franchise. Together with your QA team, you will work in close collaboration with the internal development teams and project leadership to create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest quality standard of our games and processes alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide valuable feedback for our game and be a part of related discussions about features, content, and the game.
Leading, tracking, and supporting both internal and outsourced QA Testers
Collaborate closely with Project Leadership, Producers, and QA leadership to assess potential risks, and strategize testing coverage for new features or releases.
Support the development and upkeep of test-plans and various other testing-related documentation.
Monitor and manage bug reports in the issue tracking system, ensuring effective triaging and follow-up.
Detect, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, ensuring accurate reporting within the bug-tracking system.
Foster strong collaboration between QA and other departments, to ensure a smooth workflow across the project.
The skills we’re searching for:
Solid understanding of playing Grand Strategy Games
3+ years of hands-on QA experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of communicating complex subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
We consider it a plus if you have:
Experience in scripting, particularly for modding Paradox games

Scope: Full-time and permanent with a 6 -month probation period
Reports to: Managing Producer
Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation will not be provided.
Salary: The salary range for this position starts at SEK 32,000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role.
