QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring all project materials, fabrication, welding, piping, and mechanical activities meet approved quality standards, client specifications, and international codes within Oil & Gas projects. Handles inspections, documentation, NDT coordination, NCR management, and quality compliance throughout project execution. Responsibilities: Conduct inspections for piping, structural, mechanical, and fabrication works. Review material certificates, welding records, and NDT reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved procedures. Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions. Maintain QA/QC reports and handover dossiers. Coordinate with site teams, clients, and inspectors during project execution. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in Oil & Gas industry. Valid NDT Level II Certification (RT / UT / MT / PT preferred). Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, welding inspections, material inspections, and fabrication standards. Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO standards. Experience in ITP preparation, WPS/PQR review, NCR handling, and quality documentation. Ability to coordinate inspections with clients and third-party inspectors.
