Job Description

• Implement and maintain project QA/QC plans, procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Review contractor submissions including method statements, material submittals, ITPs, inspection requests, and test reports.
• Monitor construction, testing, and commissioning activities and verify compliance with approved procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and manage NCRs, defects, corrective actions, and punch-list items through closure.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCR logs, and project quality documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support project handover, close-out documentation, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, inspections, audits, NCRs, and ISO standards.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and construction quality documentation.
• Data Center, Mission Critical, or complex construction project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP works is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
