Job Description

• Responsible for classification and grading of tires after visual inspection and decision on next process step 
• Responsible for classification and grading of tires from rework area and decision on next process step
• Responsible for classification of off-standard tires and decision on final disposition
•  Input of quality-related data in GRADING system
• Take the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant people, stop curing press, blocking of tires)
• Scan and evaluate status of tires returned to grading after Tire Uniformity, Weighing and Over Inspection. 
• Responsible for classification of off-standard tires from the above areas and decision on final disposition. 
• Monitor quality-related data in QDA system
• CTD measurement for product
• Assure plant compliaces to ISO9001 internal and external customer as required in the respective areas.
• Perform daily over-inspection of components and products according to the control-plan

Qualifications

Education BackgroundHigh vocational with or any related fieldWork

experience0 - 2 years of experience in production , manufacturing process or Quality department
