About this role
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
- Test REST APIs, backend logic, SQL queries, and data flow across microservices.
- Perform cross-browser and mobile testing for UI/UX validation.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Validate production hotfixes, conduct sanity checks, and maintain QA documentation.
- Stay updated with modern QA practices, especially AI-driven testing workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong skills in Manual Testing (functional, regression, system testing).
- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman / REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with cross-browser and mobile app/browser testing.
- Proficiency with defect tracking tools (preferably ClickUp).
- Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
- Ability to leverage AI-based testing tools for improving testing efficiency.
