What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered solutions. As a QA Tester at Grexa AI, you will work closely with developers and product teams to identify issues, enhance product quality, and streamline testing processes. Your role will be critical in ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and web scraping frameworks
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases not covered by automation
- Conduct API testing to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of backend services
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable test scripts using strong OOP principles
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, providing clear and detailed reports
- Continuously improve test coverage, processes, and automation frameworks
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers clearly to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in a QA/Testing role
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, web scraping, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
- Working knowledge of a programming language, preferably Dart
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Solid experience with manual testing methodologies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Exposure to mobile app testing (especially Flutter/Dart-based apps)
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing approaches.
- Prior experience working in a product-based organization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git)
