Quality Assurance Executive (Eksekutif Penjaminan Kualiti)

The Employer An established manufacturer located at the Prai Industrial Estate in Penang is looking to hire a matured individual for the role of Quality Assurance Executive. . Role/ Responsibilities include: · Perform routine quality control and testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished sauce products. · Maintain an accurate and current log of critical parameters of products and accessories throughout the production cycle · Oversee microbiological sampling and environmental monitoring programs within the production line · Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and global food safety standards (e.g., SQF, BRC, or FSSC 22000) · Assist in pre-operational and operational inspections of processing equipment, sanitation lines, and packing areas as per established SOP. · Assist in internal and external quality audits (regulatory, third-party, and customer audits). · Track and investigate any complaints on product quality, and where applicable, design and implement appropriate measures for correction and prevention moving forward Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related field. Experience: 2–4 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment. Certifications: HACCP certification an advantage Technical Skills: Able to manage laboratory equipment Soft Skills: Attention to detail, good communication skills
