The Role

As a Quality Graduate, you will support our Quality team in ensuring that projects are delivered in line with company standards, client requirements, specifications and relevant industry standards.

You will gain experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspections, documentation and continuous improvement across major M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality team with project quality plans and documentation.
  • Assist with inspections and quality checks.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of inspection and test plans.
  • Assist with tracking quality records and documentation.
  • Support the management of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Assist with internal audits and quality reviews.
  • Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Work with project teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in quality management and engineering.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
