The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) process documentation.

2. You will assist in advancing process documents that need to be newly established or updated according to business and compliance requirements.

3. You will support the integration and harmonization of process documentation to improve consistency, efficiency, and standardization across functions.

4. You will assist in the release and publication of documents and processes in xECM and Adonis systems, ensuring proper version control and document lifecycle management.

5. You will support process owners in document review, formatting, quality checks, and documentation updates prior to release.

6. You will monitor document status and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion and release.

7. You will assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining quality-related records and documentation.

8. You will support continuous improvement initiatives related to process management and document governance.

9. You will perform other quality management and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

10.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Basic understanding of quality management principles, process management, or document control concepts.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

8. Experience with document management systems or process management tools is an advantage.

9. Available for internship for a minimum of 3 months.
