Make a real impact Lead organisation-wide quality, risk, and assurance practices that help Te Rau Ora deliver meaningful outcomes for Māori communities and whānau.
Influence at a strategic level Work alongside senior leaders, governance groups, and kaimahi to strengthen organisational performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Bring together kaupapa and quality Help build systems and practices that are both robust and culturally grounded, reflecting Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Rau Ora values
We're keen to hear from people who:
Have experience in quality, risk, assurance, audit, governance, or organisational improvement.
Understand the importance of kaupapa Māori and culturally safe practice
Enjoy building relationships, influencing others, and helping organisations grow and improve.
