What You’ll Be Doing

As an R&D Student Researcher, you will conduct hands-on research and experimental investigations to develop and optimize technologies that support HP Indigo’s next-generation printing platforms.
 

  • Investigate and optimize physical process parameters and material properties to achieve best-in-class print quality and performance.
  • Design, execute, analyze, and document experiments requiring multidisciplinary scientific and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with physicists, engineers, and researchers to investigate complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyze experimental data, identify trends and correlations, and translate findings into clear, actionable technical insights.
  • Contribute to research projects from problem definition and experimental design through analysis and interpretation of results.
     

Requirements

  • Physics students with 1.5 years remaining in their studies – a must.
  • M.S. Physics studies – preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in Python or MATLAB.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex technical challenges in a structured and analytical manner.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Broad technical perspective, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A can-do attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn, explore, and solve challenging problems.
