About this role

What we expect from you:

  • Proficient in R for statistical programming, data manipulation, and visualization

  • Knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and industry best practices

  • Experience in TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) programming

  • Understanding of validation principles within a GxP environment

  • Experience with Medical Data Review and Pharmacovigilance

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git

  • Familiarity with the end-to-end drug development lifecycle and clinical trial workflows

  • Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management

  • Master’s degree in bioinformatics or a related discipline (e.g., computer science, data science, biostatistics, mathematics) or equivalent work experience

  • You have a valid passport (when you're based outside of Poland) or ID (if you're based in Poland).

  • Must be located in EMEA or LATAM.

Additionally, we'd appreciate if you have:

  • Experience in building web applications or websites using R/Shiny
    Experience in designing and maintaining reproducible data processing pipelines (i.e., Nextflow)

  • Understanding of fundamental concepts in molecular biology and bioinformatics

  • Experience in using bioinformatics tools and databases (i.e., Bioconductor, BLAST, NCBI, EMBL, PDB, PubMed)

  • Experience in creating and maintaining R packages

  • Experience in collaboration with scientists and clinical researchers
