About this role
What we expect from you:
Proficient in R for statistical programming, data manipulation, and visualization
Knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and industry best practices
Experience in TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) programming
Understanding of validation principles within a GxP environment
Experience with Medical Data Review and Pharmacovigilance
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with the end-to-end drug development lifecycle and clinical trial workflows
Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management
Master’s degree in bioinformatics or a related discipline (e.g., computer science, data science, biostatistics, mathematics) or equivalent work experience
You have a valid passport (when you're based outside of Poland) or ID (if you're based in Poland).
Must be located in EMEA or LATAM.
Additionally, we'd appreciate if you have:
Experience in building web applications or websites using R/Shiny
Experience in designing and maintaining reproducible data processing pipelines (i.e., Nextflow)Understanding of fundamental concepts in molecular biology and bioinformatics
Experience in using bioinformatics tools and databases (i.e., Bioconductor, BLAST, NCBI, EMBL, PDB, PubMed)
Experience in creating and maintaining R packages
Experience in collaboration with scientists and clinical researchers
