Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Location: Hyderabad (work from office)

Summary:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialists conduct regular reviews of marketing automation campaigns
and processes to optimize performance. Support marketing activities across channels with campaign
build, deployment, and data segmentation.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Cloud Specialist will work with company leadership to create, execute, support, and measure all email marketing.
• Plan campaigns through the development of content marketing strategies, list management strategies, campaign execution and campaign measurement
• Make recommendations tied to and create email marketing calendar.
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
• Write newsletters including all company updates.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Build customer journeys with Salesforce Journey Builder
• Create SMS campaigns using Mobile Connect
• Maintain and organize lists and assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for easy customization and use in email campaigns
• Enhance, optimize, and document marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices
