Position Summary
Life Time isn't just building clubs. We're building destinations where people come to live a Healthy Way of Life. As our Real Estate Manager, you'll be the person on the ground finding the next great location: scouting sites, reading markets, and turning raw land into the next Life Time Athletic Country Club or mixed-use Healthy Way of Life development.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy and boots-on-the-ground hustle, visiting new markets, building broker relationships, running the numbers, and bringing your findings to the table with our architecture, construction, legal, operations, and development teams. With 195+ locations already serving 1.5M+ members across the U.S. and Canada, you'll be helping write the next chapter of where Life Time shows up next.
If you love the deal-making side of real estate as much as the "why does this market make sense" side, and you want to see something you sourced go from a spreadsheet to a grand opening, this is your seat at the table.
