Receptionist

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to start immediately to work at a luxury hotel in Chiswick, London. The Receptionist job is temporary for 2-3 months, 40hrs pw shifts 7am-3.30pm & 2.30pm-11pm covering 5 days. Pay up to £12p/h. JOB DUTIES The Receptionist job will involve Responding to telephone and quest enquiries, providing a high level of service. The Receptionist will work on the Opera Cloud PMS. The Receptionist will assist with reservations and deal with any complaints. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally candidates for the Receptionist job will have previous experience working in a hotel. The Receptionist will have knowledge working on Opera Cloud and preferably have worked in a similar Receptionist job role previously. The Receptionist will have excellent communication skills and be well groomed.
