Full-Cycle Recruiting • Talent Partnership • Candidate Experience
The People Attraction Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle and helps attract the talent needed to support organizational growth. This role partners with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, identify and assess qualified candidates, and deliver a positive experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
You will support a variety of positions and may manage high-volume, field-based, corporate, and specialized hiring needs. Success requires the ability to move quickly, manage competing priorities, build trusted relationships, and provide useful talent-market guidance.
● Manage full-cycle recruiting: Lead recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer preparation, and onboarding handoff.
● Partner with hiring leaders: Clarify position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and business priorities while providing consistent updates and recommendations.
● Build candidate pipelines: Use job boards, social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, recruiting events, and other sourcing channels to develop qualified talent pools.
● Assess and present talent: Evaluate candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall alignment, then present qualified candidates with clear recommendations.
● Deliver a strong candidate experience: Maintain timely, professional communication so candidates understand the opportunity, expectations, interview process, and next steps.
● Support offers and hiring decisions: Partner with hiring leaders and People Operations to develop competitive offers, extend verbal offers, support negotiations, and drive offer acceptance.
● Provide talent-market insights: Share information about candidate availability, compensation expectations, hiring challenges, market conditions, and competitor activity.
● Maintain recruiting data and compliance: Keep candidate records, interview activity, hiring status, and recruiting metrics accurate within the applicant tracking system while following company policy and applicable employment requirements.
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented recruiter who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders.
