The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the Golden Road Motor Inn DBA Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting departmental staffing needs.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
* Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to management positions, within the resort and casino operations.
* Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending offers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
* Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.
* Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
* Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
