3) Utilize various job portals like Naukari , Indeed, Linkedin with social media, and also employee referrals to find qualified candidates by job posting.
4) Review resumes and applications to shortlist right candidates as per job description.
5) Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability and interest in the position.
Work with hiring managers to complete whole recruitment cycle.
