About this role

Mayflower is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our passionate team.

The main purpose is to drive the end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for the Technology & Product Stream or Growth, Marketing and Back-office Departments.

You will act as the Lead for your domain, balancing team leadership (2-6 recruiters), high-level stakeholder management, and personal delivery of critical roles. Your goal is to transform recruitment into a predictable, data-driven partner function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder & Expectation Management

  • Lead intake meetings for complex/high-priority roles to align on scope, compensation reality, and timelines.

  • Manage "tough" stakeholders by using data to justify hiring strategies or pivot when necessary.

  • Escalate business misalignment early with proposed solutions, not just problems.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Translate company-level goals into clear weekly/monthly KPIs for your recruiters.

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on both delivery (blocker removal) and professional coaching.

  • Perform regular Funnel Reviews to identify systemic bottlenecks before they become escalations.

  • Facilitate Team Retros to refine sourcing and assessment techniques.

3. Operational Excellence & Analytics

  • Provide realistic monthly and quarterly closing predictions.

  • Monitor Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR), and Funnel Conversion.

  • Ensure every recruiter maintains high data hygiene in the ATS for real-time reporting.

4. Personal Contribution (Lead by Example)

  • Directly manage and close 2–4 senior or complex roles at a time.

  • Support the team in high-stakes candidate negotiations and closing strategies.

  • Stream-Level Projects

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • 6+ years in Recruitment in Technical/Product companies with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role.

  • Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and influence demanding hiring managers, building trust and driving aligned decisions.

  • Ability to build reports, identify funnel gaps, and suggest data-driven improvements with a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Experience in developing recruiters (coaching on sourcing, outreach, and interviewing), setting clear standards, and raising the overall bar of the team.

  • Strong ownership mindset - you treat your hiring stream as your own business, proactively identify problems, and take responsibility for results end-to-end.

  • High standards of quality and execution - you continuously improve processes, challenge the status quo, and strive for best-in-class hiring practices.

  • Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment, maintaining focus and accountability under pressure.

  • English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher) and Russian (Native).

  • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
