Regional Director (Physical Therapist License)
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA Markets (Remote with Travel to Clinics Required)
Our Regional Directors oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Area & Clinic Directors within an assigned region. This position champions Clinical Excellence by monitoring patient outcomes, treatment protocols, documentation quality, and adherence to best practices to drive high-quality patient care. Support team development and manage accountability of the Area & Clinic Directors through same store growth activities, referral targets, KPIs, and financial metrics to ensure performance aligns with our company objectives. A Regional Director leads the facilitation of our Area & Clinic Directors’ success, providing mentorship and individualized support. Compensation
$120,000 to $145,000 per year (based on number of clinics supported, experience, etc.)
This position is also eligible for: Regional Director bonus

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state required.
5+ years of proven dedication and leadership experience in a multi-site outpatient orthopedic care setting.
Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.
