Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance standards across multiple stores in an assigned region
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately and on time
  • Handle light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, redirecting lighting, painting touch-ups, and simple repairs
  • Support merchandising by ensuring all products are properly tagged and clearly displayed
  • Assist with floor moves, recovery, restocking, and hanging merchandise as needed
  • Work closely with store leadership and visual teams to keep showrooms customer-ready
  • Represent the brand professionally by wearing a company-provided logo work shirt

Qualifications

  • Someone dependable who takes ownership and works well independently
  • Ability to travel between multiple store locations (reliable transportation required)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable with physical work; lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, bending, climbing ladders, and moving merchandise
  • Safety-minded and attentive to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
