MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Drive HSE compliance and risk management

Support the implementation of Michelin's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices.

2. Provide technical expertise and operational support

Lead risk assessments, provide HSE guidance for projects and operational changes, investigate incidents, and support audits to strengthen safety performance across the site.

3. Promote a strong safety culture

Collaborate with leaders and employees to drive HSE initiatives, deliver training, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement in workplace safety.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems

  • Experience implementing and driving HSE programs and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Business proficiency in Thai and English

Preferred

  • Experience supporting regional or multinational HSE initiatives

  • Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)

  • Experience leading HSE projects, audits, or incident investigations
