About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving regional growth, customer success and operational excellence. Through coaching, performance management and strategic execution, you will ensure the team delivers against business objectives while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales performance through effective planning, KPI management and execution discipline.
Support customer growth opportunities and complex commercial negotiations.
Ensure effective territory management, forecasting and CRM utilisation.
Translate business strategy into clear regional priorities and actions.
Foster team engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets.��
Strategic thinker with strong business and customer acumen.
Experience managing sales performance, forecasting and operational execution.
A collaborative and results-oriented leader who inspires accountability and success.
