About this role
Our client is looking for experienced Regional Trainers to facilitate learning delivery, develop content and mentor sales staff & agents across the country. Responsibilities Design, Develop, and Facilitate Training Programs: Create and deliver engaging training modules on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement, using interactive methods like role-playing and simulations to ensure relevance for field staff and freelancers. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, tests, and observation of field performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Provide On-the-Job Guidance and Coaching: Assist field staff during sales activities by offering real-time coaching, feedback, and assistance to improve results and address immediate concerns Equip Teams with Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Train teams to confidently grasp product features, benefits, and usage, enabling them to address customer queries and concerns effectively. Take part in onboarding new hires and field agents: Collaborate with HR and team managers to onboard and equip new hires and freelancers with the skills and knowledge needed for success in their roles. Align Training with Business Objectives: Partner with Regional Business Managers to identify training needs, align programs with organizational goals, and address specific field requirements. Requirements Knowledge and Experience A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, education, or a related field is required. At least 4–7 years of experience in training or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful programs. Expertise in sales processes and techniques, particularly in door-to-door or Pay-As-You-Go sales models, with the ability to train others effectively. Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training content using interactive methods and e-learning tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate trainees. The ability to evaluate training effectiveness, address gaps, and drive improvements using data. A willingness to travel extensively and adapt training approaches to diverse audiences and contexts.
