EB-3 Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- NCLEX Passer and have an active U.S. RN state license
- At least 2 years of post-license, current bedside experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Currently working in the target area of specialization
- Preferably with an existing Priority Date (new applicants are still welcome)
Salary & Benefits:- 41 – 47 USD Hourly Salary (~87,000 - 97,000 USD / year)
- 1,500USD Arrival Bonus
- 2,000USD Reimbursement for US License-Related Costs
- 3 months of Housing Allowance
- Covered Visa Premium Processing Fee for I-140 (EB-2 / EB-3)
- Covered Immigration Costs
- 3-year contract
- No placement or processing fee
