Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily trade and transaction reporting under MIFIR, EMIR and SFTR frameworks;
  • Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission;
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and exceptions in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Liaise with local regulators and trade repositories as required;
  • Reconciliation of open positions and dispute resolution with counterparts;
  • Preparation of the ad-hoc reports as per various external requests (counterparties, internal / external auditors, regulatory bodies, etc.);
  • Be a point of contact and subject-matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests;
  • Conduct impact assessments of new or changing regulatory requirements (e.g., SFTR, EMIR, MiFID II).

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;
  • 3–5+ years of experience in regulatory or transaction reporting within a financial institution, broker, or fintech;
  • Proven experience with MIFID II/ EMIR and SFTR  trade reporting frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and securities financing products;
  • Familiarity with reporting mechanisms such as UnaVista, REGIS TR;
  • Strong Excel, data handling skills and SQL;
  • Fluent English and Russian required, any other languages it will be considered as an advantage.
