The Reporting Specialist is responsible for generating, formatting, and distributing regular and ad-hoc operational reports to support decision-making across the Consumer Services organization. Working closely with the CS Analyst, this role performs introductory quantitative and qualitative data analysis, tracks regulatory case logs, and helps to prepare critical operational summaries.

Additionally, the Reporting Specialist provides general operations support, including system user acceptance testing (UAT) and knowledge base maintenance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the CS Analyst, this position plays a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, operational visibility, and timely insights for internal stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Regular & Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support key reporting deliverables by generating, formatting, and distributing scheduled and ad-hoc operational reports across various product lines and channels. Conduct light quantitative and qualitative analytics (e.g., pivot tables for top contact reasons, review counts, verbatim sentiment checks).
  • Regulatory & FIFRA Compliance Support: Assist with daily & monthly FIFRA case audits, Safety Portal inbox monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of exposure vs. injury cases. Maintain and update the OMRI Renewal Complaint Log report with new product filters, with the possibility to eventually take full ownership of FIFRA and OMRI reporting workflows.
  • Deck Preparation: Partner with the CS Analyst to gather data, format visuals, and assemble recurring presentations, including the CS Week at a Glance and Monthly Summary decks. Assist with data preparation for broader operational projects as needed.
  • CS Operations & System Support: Support general Consumer Services operations tasks, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system rollouts, knowledge article administration, and ad-hoc operational process updates.

The perfect person will have:

  • Experience generating, cleaning, and formatting data reports in a corporate or contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with basic qualitative and quantitative data analysis (e.g., categorizing consumer verbatims, analyzing top contact reasons).
  • Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or quality auditing workflows (a plus).
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and supporting data analysts or operational managers.
  • High level of organizational accuracy and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting system UAT testing, knowledge documentation, or training content updates (a plus).

Some other nice to haves:

  • Agronomic/horticulture background preferred.

What we do for you (just to name a few cool ones):
