Position Description:
 

Responsible for welcoming all visitors, patients, families and staff as they arrive to the hospital. This position is responsible for ensuring all guests receive the highest level of customer service by directing them to destinations, assisting patients in and out of their vehicle in a safe manner, and performing any duties that would ensure guests receive exceptional customer service upon entry.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Two (2) years of prior experience working in a customer service or hospitality oriented environment preferred.
Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is preferred.
