Kenya | Full-time & Onsite Reports To: Reservations Manager Key Responsibilities ● Assist in processing, confirming, modifying, and cancelling reservations. ● Respond to guest enquiries through WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other channels. ● Assist with checking availability, rates and booking details. ● Liaise with guests, Housekeeping, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. ● Assist with preparing booking confirmations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and guest information. ● Assist in preparing daily check-in and check-out lists. ● Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records. ● Assist with handling guest requests, booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related concerns. ● Support the Reservations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. ● Ensure all reservations and guest information are accurately recorded and updated. Requirements Qualifications ● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field. ● At least 6 months of experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a related role. ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. ● Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com is an added advantage. ● Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first approach. ● Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. ● Speaking and/or writing Chinese is an added advantage.
