Christina Rudman Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Clearwater is looking for an exceptional Full-Time Dental Office Manager to lead our thriving, patient-centered practice in beautiful Clearwater, FL.

 

Eligible for $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Dental Office Manager Schedule

Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

60-minute lunch break

Dental Office Manager Job Summary

 

Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership, coaching and training• Profit & Loss (P&L) management• Staff and patient scheduling• Time & Attendance (T&A) management• Payroll process management• Accounts Payable (AP) management• Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment

• Patient satisfaction and experience• Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts• Implement policies and procedures• Promote SDP company policies and best practices (published or otherwise communicated)• Management of dental licenses and other related certifications• Maintain current safety procedures and personal protective equipment required to minimize health risks• Other job duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• Strong experience in dental office management required• Proficient in dental performance management software 

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)• Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting), AR, revenue cycle• Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws• Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)

 

Work Environment/Conditions• Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required• Ability to travel up to 10%• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.• Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials• Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required
