Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer - Civil responsible for supervising the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of 132 kV and above substations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule commitments.
Your role
- Supervise construction and installation activities for AIS/GIS substations (132 kV and above).
- Monitor the erection of transformers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, isolators, protection panels, SCADA, and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and review test reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues at site.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in substation projects, with significant exposure to 132 kV and above substations.
- Experience in AIS/GIS substations, testing & commissioning, and construction supervision.

Preferred Experience
