About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee property restoration projects from initial scope through final delivery. This role requires strong operational leadership, structured decision-making, and the ability to execute projects with precision and accountability. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships with a focus on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish project budgets, confirm work orders, and proactively monitor progress against plan.
  • Enforce compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Direct and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable to quality and performance metrics.
  • Build trust with clients and business partners through clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (sales, gross margin, timelines, customer satisfaction).

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in dynamic, high-demand environments.
  • Effective communicator with both technical teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of fire/water restoration is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($70,000-$80,000) + uncapped commission on completed projects (additional $10,000-$20,000)
