Lead daily operations, including the motivation of the team to achieve store goals while providing an excellent customer experience. Help the Store Manager to analyze sales trends, and develop action plans to drive top line sales. Provide a strong leadership presence while enforcing all company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
