7AI is the foundational AI security company. Founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, we came out of stealth in February 2025 to take on the non-human work of the SOC. Our platform pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence, with humans on the loop.
Backed by $166 million in total funding from investors including Index Ventures and Blackstone, we're building the AI foundation for security operations in the agentic era, and we're still early. That's the appeal: you'll join at a pivotal stage where your work shapes what 7AI becomes, alongside security veterans who've built this before. Our culture runs on respect, collaboration, and a shared bar for excellence, all pointed at one goal, delivering real outcomes for the customers who trust us to defend them.
Our go-to-market motion has outgrown the spreadsheets holding it together. Territory carves, account tiering, and forecast hygiene all depend on one thing: whether the data in Salesforce is trustworthy. You'll own that end to end, both the system of record and the territory design built on top of it. Expect to rebuild the territory model more than once as the team grows and the ICP shifts, rather than settling into a fixed process.
Own territory design, building and maintaining account segmentation and the territory model, sizing, balancing, and carving patches so coverage is fair and capacity matches plan. Rerun it as the team grows or the ICP shifts.
Keep Salesforce data trustworthy through account and contact hygiene, de-duplication, enrichment, firmographic accuracy, ownership rules, and the validation logic that keeps it from drifting back.
Build the reporting leadership relies on, including pipeline coverage, stage conversion by segment, rep productivity, and territory performance.
Automate your own job by building the scripts, agents, and workflows that handle recurring work like data audits, enrichment, briefing prep, and reporting refreshes.
Support quota and comp, forecast cadence, and tooling evaluations as needed.
In your first 90 days, you'll audit current account data with a prioritized cleanup plan, ship a defensible territory model for the next planning cycle, stand up a coverage and pipeline dashboard leadership actually uses, and automate at least one recurring manual process end to end.

Genuine AI fluency: you reach for AI tooling by reflex
Strong Excel or Sheets skills
Strong communication with reps and executives
A bias toward shipping something imperfect and iterating, rather than waiting for perfect inputs
