Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations for the Americas, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech or payments industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver on time.
  • Ability to work independently to strict timelines while collaborating effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English required.

Mexico

Coverage is 100% for the employee and includes hospitalization (private room, ICU), professional medical services, diagnostic tests, medications, and homeopathic treatments by licensed doctors. Additional benefit: 24/7 telephone medical assistance.
    • Waiting Periods: HIV/AIDS requires 4 years, spinal deformities 2 years (one event), hernias 1 year. No waiting period for accidents or emergencies.
    • Internet Allowance: Extra-legal benefit to support remote work connectivity (non-salary).
    • Holiday Allowance: 15 days of holiday.
