Revenue Operations Reporting Specialist

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Reporting Specialist to own the build and ongoing maintenance of our GTM reporting. This is a focused, execution-oriented role: the Specialist produces and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) and other sources to defined specifications, keeps the existing reporting library accurate and current, and works from a structured request queue. 

The role is designed to be delivered by an offshore resource working in close, documented coordination with our onshore Revenue Operations team. The Salesforce Reporting Specialist does the hands-on building, refreshing, and quality-checking of the reports. 

This is a full-time role with overall accountability to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics. 

Preferred Location

This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in India will be considered.   

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to the Kochi office is required. 

Essential Functions

• Build new Salesforce reports, custom report types, and dashboards to written specifications provided by the onshore Revenue Operations team
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the existing library of Salesforce reports and dashboards, keeping filters, groupings, and data sources accurate and current
• Build and refresh Business Intelligence dashboards and their underlying data extracts to defined specifications
• Perform routine quality assurance on reports and dashboards—verifying accuracy, checking for broken filters or stale data, and confirming figures reconcile to source
• Manage the report and dashboard catalog, including folder structure, naming conventions, and sharing and visibility settings
• Execute and monitor scheduled report refreshes and recurring distributions, confirming successful delivery
• Document report logic, field definitions, and change history so that reporting is transparent and reproducible
• Work a structured request/ticket queue, delivering standard reporting changes within agreed service-level timeframes
• Log and escalate data discrepancies and suspected upstream data issues to the onshore team for root-cause resolution
• Regression-test reports and dashboards following Salesforce releases, additional Dodge hiring and role changes, or configuration changes, and flag anything that breaks

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, and/or equivalent work experience. 

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• 2+ years building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Proficiency with the Salesforce report builder, custom report types, and dashboards 
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Tableau, QuickSight or other comparable Business Intelligence tool
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Excellent written English and clear, asynchronous communication for documented coordination across time zones
• Highly detail-oriented, with comfort working from specifications, queues, and service-level expectations
• Reliable availability to overlap with United States Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ reporting
• Familiarity with SQL or other data-preparation tools
• Prior experience working as part of a distributed or offshore delivery team

Compensation

Compensation for this role is market-competitive and benchmarked to the candidate’s local market and the selected engagement model. Specific terms will be confirmed during the hiring process. 

This role is intended to be staffed by a resource located outside the United States. The engagement model and any local work-eligibility requirements will be determined in accordance with applicable local labor law and Dodge’s global hiring policies.
