Volvo Trucks Baltic North is part of the Central East & East Sales Area.

Volvo Trucks Baltic North is an organization with approximately 180 employees of which more than 80% are within Retail. We are the distributor of all Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks in Estonia & Latvia and are responsible to operate 7 wholly owned workshops serving both Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks in the country.

Volvo Trucks Baltic North is now looking to recruit an experienced and driven Truck Sales and Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sustainable profitability, growing market share, and driving the full commercial sales process in line with the business plan. You will build strong long-term customer relationships, develop business solutions and soft product offerings, and lead a team of 16 professionals to deliver excellent results.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the market and play an important part in strengthening the Volvo Trucks brand. Frequent travelling is required.

Key responsibilities:

Drive new and used trucks sales and commercial performance
Deliver business plan objectives and truck sales targets
Grow market share and profitability
Develop sales, products, and customer strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Lead the sales process from opportunity to closing
Set and execute pricing and promotional actions
Ensure accurate forecasting and effective sales follow-up
Support customer satisfaction, including aftermarket collaboration
Strengthening Volvo Trucks’ brand presence in the markets
Lead, motivate, and develop the team
Work closely with Aftermarket, Finance, Administration, and VFS (Volvo Financial Services)

We are looking for someone who has:

University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in truck or B2B sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in leading and coaching teams to deliver results and support change
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning skills
Business mindset with good customer focus and analytical ability
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and motivate others

Proficiency in Latvian, English and Russian

Valid driving license

Salary level: from 5.000€ to 6.000€ per month gross (before withholding taxes) depending on skills and experience. Also, annual bonus program will be applied in accordance with the Company policy.
