Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Manager – RM Stores with 6+ years of experience to lead and streamline raw material stores operations. The role involves managing RM dispensing, inventory planning, warehouse processes, documentation control, team supervision, and coordination with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted production support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end Raw Material (RM) stores operations including receiving, storage, dispensing, and dispatch to production
  • Ensure timely RM dispensing as per production schedules while maintaining FIFO/FEFO practices
  • Manage material receiving, physical verification, inspection coordination, and proper storage standards
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain documentation for GRN, stock transfers, issue slips, batch records, and audit readiness
  • Supervise store manpower, allocate daily tasks, and ensure productivity of the team
  • Coordinate with Procurement, QA, PPC, and Production teams for smooth material flow
  • Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, or short inventory and report corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, GMP, and company policies within the stores area
  • Support ERP transactions, stock accuracy, and MIS reporting for management review
  • Lead internal and external audits related to stores and inventory processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in stores operations and space utilization

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in RM Stores / Warehouse Operations in manufacturing setup
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, RM dispensing, and warehouse controls
  • Experience in handling manpower and supervising team performance
  • Good understanding of material handling, storage practices, and stock audits
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and process discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
  • Experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Manufacturing industry preferred
  • Exposure to GMP / ISO / audit systems will be an advantage
