Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty physician group, spans more than 70 practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands of patients each year.
Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator, Ambulatory to join our Ambulatory Clinical Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering educational programs that support the growth, competency, and professional development of clinical staff across our ambulatory practices.
The RN Clinical Educator partners with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen clinical practice, support onboarding and competency programs, and ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care.
